VIP Vocational Services, doing business as Heartland Industries, specializes in complete packaging, providing you with a single reliable source for all of your production, warehousing, and distribution needs. We can also help with your logistical needs, picking up raw materials and delivering finished goods.  


We have three warehousing facilities located in Cape Girardeau, Fruitland, and Marble Hill, Missouri. With over 125,000 square feet of warehousing, we have the ability to handle a variety of jobs.

Created With Purpose:

Founded in 1986, our initial goal was sales and contract procurement, in a graduation facility for high-functioning individuals with disabilities. Today we have expanded and developed into a warehousing and distribution plant, focused on new age packaging and fulfillment. We work with a variety of industries such as Home Improvement, Household, Automotive, and Toys/Sports/Crafts.

1 Organization, 3 Locations

Although VIP Vocational Services is one organization with multiple locations, we are unified together with a common cause and goal, we live out our vision in three different communities throughout Southeast Missouri. We have common leadership that is ultimately responsible for all 3 campuses, but each individual location has it's own set of managers and employees responsible for the day-in, and day-out operations. Every location has a unique operations and open times, so be sure to check out which location fits you best!
